I have known Steve for over 15 years. The first job he did for me was on a new build in 2001 for my new home. It was a very large project and the work was excellent. The finish and product used were second to none. Over the years I have always used him for servicing the system. I have recently moved house and again used Steve to install Worcester boiler and cylinder. I did have other quotes but preferred to use Steve from SOR HEATING because of the quality of work.

We contacted SOR Heating and Plumbing for a quote to replace our 35 year old boiler with a new system. Steve was very helpful in offering professional advice on what kind of system to choose for the size of the house and even where to locate it to help save costs. All of the work was completed to an extremely high level of quality and tidiness. Steve takes pride in his quality and attention to detail and this was reflected in the installation and testing of our new boiler. The service we received didn't stop there, Steve went the extra mile and was more than happy to help resolve a few other issues around the house despite the short notice from us! If your looking for a person to replace your old boiler, look no further, Stephen is the man for the job. We had three quotes and Stephen's was the third. He treats your home as if it were his own. A perfectionised at doing his work (Very Professional). On completion he replaced all the carpets and they looked as if they had never been taken up. Outside, the brick work was replaced and again as if the hole had never been there. Inside the hole was filled and fully finished plastered. There is only one way you can describe this man is "BRILLIANT".
Mr. Smith is an excellent workman. He keeps up to date with developing trends and techniques in the trade. He uses the best materials for any given situation and shares decision making on practical details before carrying out each stage of the work. He is scrupulous about protecting existing furnishings and cleaning and tidying at the end of each day. He always responds to a call even if it has to be to say there will be delay. It is a pleasure to have such an efficient, kind, helpful and cheerful person to carry out work for us.

We had been plagued by problems surrounding leaks in our bathroom, mainly the bath seal and the toilet inlet pipe down into the living room. SOR Heating & Plumbing came out with short notice and provided us with a simple explanation of what the problem was, what needed doing and how much it would cost. SOR quickly and properly re-sealed our bath, fixed all loose pipework and performed a number of tests to ensure the problems had been resolved. Overall the service was professional, fast, extremely high quality and very competitive! They will definitely be the first company i reach out to in future!
